Denis Irwin and Clayton Blackmore are helping Legacy of Legends, a company founded by local businessman Kevin Fisher and Peter Banner that brings famous athletes to Thailand, Singapore and Myanmar to headline charity fundraisers.

Mantra restaurant upheld its reputation for class with the first in a series of musical evenings featuring a string quintet from the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra performing Mozart, Beethoven, Lehar and others for a performance entitled “Mantra Classic.”
Following on from the successful monthly networking events in Bangkok and of course the annual gala parties here in Pattaya, the Movers & Shakers team launched their first regular networking at the Havana Bar at the Holiday Inn on March the 8th.
The focus was certainly on the March Lighthouse networking event as the last meeting was not without its problems.
However, the committee made a great effort to ensure this event went smoothly. The Seaboard Ballroom at the Hilton Pattaya was the venue on Friday March 1, it was nice and cool, the staff were constantly refreshing people’s drinks and the food was good and plentiful.
A ceremony took place at the International School Eastern Seaboard (ISE) in the early hours of Thursday the 8th of February.
Teachers, students, engineers and members of the press were in attendance for the official ground breaking ceremony of what will be the new fine arts center for the school.
After an absence of two months, the Lighthouse Club of Pattaya returned with another of their popular networking evenings on Friday the 1st of February, the venue on this occasion was the ‘Moon Deck’ of the Hard Rock Cafe.
The Thai Garden resort was the fabulous venue for the Lighthouse Club Pattaya’s monthly networking event held on Friday the 2nd of November.
The sponsor for the evening was a CEA (Cranes Equipment Asia) and they did a magnificent job of branding the evening with many backdrops, displays and an abundance of staff from CEA and CES (the company that supplies safety helmets and harnesses, etc.).
