The navy child-care centers are stressing the development of young children in every aspect, whether physical, emotional, social or intellectual. However, both officers said, parents and guardians are playing very important roles in bringing up children to be healthy physically, emotionally, and to be happy and have morals.

The Children’s Day motto penned this year by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha is “Knowledge and Morality Lead to the Future.” Therefore, Phichet asked teachers, parents, as well as the children to put this motto into action.
