City Council member Chansak Chavalitnititham, with the participation of Deputy City Manager Manich Takraiklang and members of the Pattaya society welfare department, handed trashbins and sports equipment to the community board of Rongluey. He emphasized need for cleanliness and recommended to the youth to spend their free time usefully.
