Nongprue Kindergarten became the first in the Pattaya area to win a Royal Award from HM the King as the region’s largest nursery.

Mayor Mai Chaiyanit led an Aug. 18 parade of sub-district councilors, teachers and students to celebrate the royal award.

The kindergarten project was launched after being granted a 32.5-rai, 26-million-baht parcel by the Ministry of Finance in Moo 1 village. The land offered a potentially stunning view and needed only a little improvement.
