Our target children are from impoverished, broken families, or abandoned, orphaned and/or disabled. We try to make things better by providing environments free of abuse, scholarships for schooling and, for the handicapped, special education.

Recently, we helped 16-year-old Natchaya, who was born with cerebral palsy.

One of our monthly projects is Share Love with Friends,  which we have been benefitting for the last 5 years by distributing rice and other foodstuffs to poor families with disabled children. We also help these children with walking aids, wheelchairs and other special needs. Recently, we helped a 16-year old girl, Natchaya, who was born with cerebral palsy and has never been able to walk. Previously, she had a wheelchair but had overgrown it and she became too heavy for her parents to carry. As a consequence, we were more than happy to help purchase a bigger wheelchair for her.

She outgrew her previous wheelchair, and we were more than happy to help purchase a bigger one for her.

By the way, both parents work; the father as a laborer, and the mother does laundry at home. Together they earn 10,000 baht a month and out of that they incur 2500 baht on pampers, 2000 baht on utilities and 3000 baht on food and extras. It certainly doesn’t leave much for ‘extras’!
