A woman apparently high on drugs is safe after trying to get away from an alleged pursuer in Pattaya.
Anisa Chaichanasaeng, 24, climbed out over a fourth-floor balcony at a Pratamnak Soi 4 condominium building March 8. The Nong Bua Lam Phu native hung off the railing, screaming and talking to herself, claiming someone was out to get her.
Refusing any help from authorities, the woman eventually climbed back down all 4-storyes on the outside of the building, where she was aided by rescuers.
Police found two packs of antidepressants in her room and speculated she overdosed, causing paranoia and delusions.
