U.S. embassy honors Chonburi immigration chief

The chief of the Chonburi Immigration Office has been honored by the U.S. embassy for its efforts in helping track down fugitives.

Superintendent Pol. Col. Prapansak Prasarnsuk and his officers who exhibited outstanding performance of their duties, provided services to citizens and expatriates with diligence and friendship, and were role models to other officers, were presented certificates of honor March 12 by Christopher M. Quirk, assistant U.S. ambassador.

They also expressed thanks and gratitude toward top officials and investigators at the Immigration Police who helped arrest Fred Edmund Schrameck on Feb. 9.
