A Finnish man who tried to walk out on his 79-baht bar bill got a high heel to the head from a transvestite who tried to force him to pay up.

Jouko Juhani Salminen, 53, suffered a cut to the noggin in the late-night Nov. 11 brawl a beer bar on Soi 8.

Noy Phanpradab, 34, was dragged into Pattaya Police Station with the wounded Finn to sort out the ruckus that began when an argument over the 79-baht beer started, with a staffer claiming Salminen had not paid.

The staffer then approached the woman-of-the-third-category at a nearby food cart, bill in hand, mistakenly assuming she was with the foreigner. Noy corrected the staffer, but joined in the effort to get Salminen to pay up. An intensive argument ensued.

Noy claims the Finnish man then slapped her. She responded with a shoe.

Noy was released but will be invited back to the police station if police continue their investigation.
