BANGKOK, 29 July 2014 – Pornpun Waitayangkoon, President of the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST), reports that Thailand’s representatives attended the Chemistry Olympiad in Hanoi, Vietnam between July 20th and 29th, 2014, competing with 291 students from 75 countries. The team of outstanding Thai students achieved great success. The Gold medal went to Bundit Diloknawarit of Trium Udom Suksa School and three Silvers medals were won by Watchara Uaisinprasert and Nopasin Witayaphalert of Trium Udom Suksa School and Sirajak Khongwiwatsathian. They arrived at the Suvannabhumi Airport on Tuesday and were warmly welcomed by the IPST.
