The planned reform is to begin since students are at a very young age and just start learning how to read, write and calculate. This will be done through encouraging research skills and personal initiative of the student. In view of the university admission process, the Minister suggested that there should be only one common system to reduce the burden of students taking entrance exams. To further the higher education system, different modes of learning should be adopted to keep students interacting and developing confidence in class. Unless the reform is immediately implemented, the cycle of low averages and weak competition in the global education community will continue. Students will be informed at least three years in advance of any changes to be made.
