BANGKOK, 21 April 2015 –The Thai Health Promotion Foundation (Thai Health) for a while now has been recommending Thais exercise more, and suggests to those who have to work within a tight schedule that simply swinging their arms thirty minutes a day is very beneficial. This technique has been proven by both Thai Health and the people who’ve tried doing it, confirming that it helps to take around a centimeter off the tummy within a month of continuous practice.

Seeing the benefit, the National News Bureau of Thailand (NNT) brought their staff together to do the same, under the organization’s “Happy 8 Happy Workplace” policy also proposed by Thai Health. This includes Happy Body, Happy Heart, Happy Relaxation, Happy Brain, Happy Soul, Happy Money, Happy Family, and Happy Society.

To start developing a firmer stomach, participants have to stand up straight, loosen up their arms and body, and pull their stomachs in while relaxing other parts of the body. Stand tall with your feet anchored to the floor, swing your arms back and forth, lightly to the front while trying to pull your arms back more. Do it in a sets of ten, making sure that in one day you do a total of 30 minutes, and do it at least five times a week. Thai Health assures participants that within a month, they will already see the difference.

Thai Health confirms that the activity can help to flatten your tummy, it can also reduce the amount of body fat, lower blood pressure, lower the sugar level, reduce stress levels, make the body active, while reducing back pain resulting from work, improving office syndrome, lowering the risk of heart disease, and reducing the rate of knee deterioration.
