Pattaya residents and civic groups were invited to participate in the city Health Department’s upcoming annual World AIDS Day commemoration Dec. 1.
Festivities will run 2-6 p.m., capped by a parade from Central Festival Pattaya Beach to Walking Street, back along Second Road to Central Road and back to the beachfront mall beginning at 5 p.m.
Streets will not be closed for the procession, with marchers keeping to the left lane.
Other activities include exhibits on AIDS prevention and musical performances.
Rattanachai Sutidechanai, chairman of the Tourism and Culture Council, chairs World AIDS Day preparation meeting.
