A Pattaya motorcycle taxi driver is wanted for brutally assaulting an elderly foreign man in an attack captured on video.
Both victim and assailant had left the scene outside a restaurant on Soi Buakhao Nov. 20 before authorities arrived.
Witness Anucha Polrangsan, 20, said he filmed the attack and quickly shared it to social media, rather than try to break up the altercation or call police.
Anucha said the taxi driver accused the foreign man of cutting him off. A heated argument quickly followed.
Police have the license plate number of the Thai man and are trying to locate him.
