Pattaya residents are invited to wish HM the King a happy birthday by signing a commemorative book now open at city hall.
Mayor Anan Charoenchasri led civil servants and city administrators in being the first to sign their names in the book available on the first floor of city hall.
HM the King Maha Vajiralongkorn celebrates his 66th birthday on July 28.
