A drunk Pattaya housewife was arrested for allegedly stabbing her husband to death after he joked he wanted a mistress.
Mrs. Klinkosum was taken into custody at her home in the Khao Noi Community of East Pattaya March 22. Nearby lay the bloody body of her husband, Sombat, 53, who had been stabbed twice in the chest.
Police said Klinkosum confessed to killing her spouse in a drunken rage during a get-together with friends. She said they got into an argument after he said he wanted to get a mistress in a comment friends considered to be a joke.
