Volunteers prepared 1,510 bags of relief supplies for victims of recent storms and flooding in Thailand’s south.

Foundation Secretary Somthawin Yangyoo said last month’s monsoonal storms caused flash floods, landslides and other disasters. This is why the Princess PA Foundation was established to collect funds and items to support people who are encountering such problems.

About 250 people from many organizations, including civil servants, navy sailors, Sattahip councilors and students took part. Preparation and loading took two days and the goods were brought to the South on Feb. 3.
