BANGKOK, 2 April 2013  On the occasion of the Civil Servants Day, April 1, 2013 His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej gave an address calling on state officials to make use of different opinions and criticisms in finding ways to remove obstacles to their work.

In part of the royal message, His Majesty the King said obstacles were normal in all state affairs. Civil servants who admisnister state works must have a firm mind and listen to different opinions and criticisms with mindfulness. They must use wisdoms and sensibility as their tools of judging, treating those opinions and criticisms as if they were results of brainstorming of experiences from people in all sectors which would contribute to solution-finding and work progress. Through this principle, the message said all state affairs would be carried out to the true success and stability of the country and the people.
