A French national was arrested in Pattaya for possession of child pornography with an attempt to profit from it.
Immigration police and agents from the Department of Special Investigations raided the Rungland Village home of Rachid Abdelkader, 64, April 5.
Officers confiscated a notebook computer containing child-pornography videos that authorities alleged he was selling online. Abdelkader’s DNA also was taken for use in other investigations.
