CHONBURI, 10 February 2012  – The Culture and Commerce Ministries are holding a fair to help flood-affected entrepreneurs sell their products in stocks.

Culture Minister Sukumol Kunplome presided over the opening ceremony of “Culture, Kindness, Rescue Flood,” which is held at the Chonburi provincial town hall from 8-12 February.

Flood-affected SMEs and OTOP producers are selling their products at over 600 booths at the fair. The aim is to give them a venue to sell their products so they have working capital to carry on their businesses. The event is open from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

The Culture Ministry has previously held this event in Bangkok, Phichit, and Khon Kaen provinces.
