Pattaya City Councilman Sinchai Wattanasartsathorn joined mall General Manager Somchai Intarawichai and Prathip Nuwanna, director of the Chonburi Provincial Cooperatives Office, at the beachfront shopping center Dec. 15.

Space was given for rice trading and exhibitions on long-term problem-solving and sustainability. The goal is to help farmers and agriculturalists earn more income by selling directly, rather than using intermediaries.

The exhibit was part of the Central Group’s nationwide drive to aid farmers. Similar events were held in all of Central’s 29 locations, offering a total 12,000 sq. meters of exhibition space free.
