An Australian man riding a motorcycle through Pattaya after midnight lost his 300,000-baht platinum necklace to a quick-fingered streetwalker.
Christian Bart, 54, reported to police around 3 a.m. Jan. 10 that he’d been driving down Second Road and stopped near Soi 2 when a woman approached him soliciting sex. Before he realized it, she’d snatched the expensive chain from his neck and ran off.
Police planned to check CCTV cameras in the area to try and identify the thief.
