Aussie attacked at a local restaurant

An Australian man and his Thai girlfriend were returning from walking street and stopped for a meal when he was set upon by 20 Thai men and women.

Paramedics treated the man who had a nasty wound on his head and then transferred him to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya for treatment.

Police believe the Aussie may have bumped into the wrong people at an entertainment venue in walking street and they came after him for a payback.
