The Agriculture Minister revealed that the rainmaking planes from 6 centers have already taken off to induce rain artificially in 27 provinces in all these regions, from Nong Khai down to Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Why don't you go and ask some farmer yourselves to find out. Talk is cheap. At least the King is trying to help people. What have you done? P.K.

Well of course the agency responsible for "rain making" would announce a success but.... what do the farmers say ?
Every announcement by every Thai agency, on any subject, is always pronounced a resounding success. They are still trying to put a "spin" on the rice pledging, First home/auto program, and progress on flood control even as all these are catastophic failures.
You can fool all the people some of the time,..............etc.
