Two people were arrested and 6,000 methamphetamine tablets seized in an arrest in Pattaya.
Jampa Singhkaew, 31, and Buaworawan Phumeekham, 52, were apprehended Oct. 26 with 30 bags of ya ba at a PTT gas station on Sukhumvit Road after being followed by a team of investigators.
Police said the pair confessed to buying the drugs from a dealer in Chanthaburi for 17,000 baht and planned to sell them for 21,000 baht.
Police also announced the arrest of Suchart Pantho, 42, for possession of 10 ya ba tablets and 5 grams of crystal meth.
