Dear Sir,
In relation to the absolute disgrace of the road surface in Soi Chaiyapoon, that road was resurfaced prior to 23-12-2010. Since then it was patched up 23-12-2010, 22-6-2011, and 14-12-2011. Today it looks like a bomb has gone off. What a total waste of council money. Someone in city hall should be held accountable for this. The only good thing, it slows the motor bikes down.

Slows down the motor bikes? So does a speed bump on a well surfaced street, and much more safely. I use that soi some times and it is MOST dangerous, especially at night. Potholes, pools of water that never drains, and other obstacles to dodge. There are a couple of very decent and reasonably priced restaurants on that soi. If the road were better, I'd frequent them more often. But the road sucks, and I rarely go there even though I could walk there in 5-10 minutes. But I won't as the road is always muddy, just filthy!
