Re Pets in Condominium (Mailbag, May 25): The (management) at my condo in Naklua 16 have the same sort of habits of creating their own rules by decree. Amazingly we have plenty of cats at the ground floor who are fed by the residents without any problem. The solution: Get on the committee as soon as possible.
