Re: Pattaya’s overhaul of motorbike-taxi sector stuck in neutral (PM Friday, 10 October 2014) – I can assure you, after spending a few days in Bangkok last week, nothing has changed in Bangkok. All taxis that I tried to get were flat rate, and not one would use the meter, until the last day when I had the hotel locate a taxi for me that would use the meter.
