Re: Smashing toilets reaches amicable result (PM Friday, 12 February 2016) – I think the customer, after, a few similar “non-customer service incidents” of my own, did the only possible form of complaint some people understand. Years back a U.S. citizen having bought an expensive “Lincoln” auto and bringing it, the lemon, several times to the selling dealer for repairs, set it on fire in front of the Detroit headquarters (no insurance covers self destruction), and, finally, got a new car and apology!
