Re: Swedish social workers given overview on Pattaya programs for poor children (PM Friday, 09 November 2012) - Expat clubs do far more for the children of Pattaya than all govt. agencies combined. Yes, the agencies have good intentions but the road to hell is paved with “good intentions”. The various foreign organizations “do” while the agencies “mull”!
