I agree with Damrong Phutthan (Pattaya students, teachers told to boost English skills for AEC, PM Friday, 25 December 2015) lack of education and language abilities. You cannot have a Thai teach English. No idea, you can fly anywhere in the world and not find anyone that speaks Thai. No problem to find someone that speaks English. “What a Waist.”
