Re: Beach Road pumps flunk first test (PM Friday, 07 November 2014) – I lived on Beach Road for years and, though it got some water, it almost never flooded to the extent it does now. 2nd Road did, so maybe the new lane/piping job was done wrong? With the crack team doing this it couldn’t be, could it?
