Dmitry Klimchenko, 41, was pronounced dead April 10 at Ocean Marina where authorities met his Russian-operated tour boat.

Klimchenko’s wife, Svetlana, said the couple and 10 other friends had hired a boat to take them for a day of diving and swimming near Koh Khram.
