Santisuk Homsaeng, 26, manager of Cafe Mesi, was standing next to a Honda City sedan, propped up on bricks and timber. It wasn’t going anywhere, as all four wheels were gone.
Thieves in the night made off with all 4 wheels, leaving the car on blocks.
Santisuk said that the car belongs to the owner of the restaurant and was left for staff to use for shopping. He normally parked the car in front of the restaurant, but there were no spaces the night before, so he parked it on the roadside.
He returned to find the car immobilized. He said the wheels were new and cost 20,000 baht each.
