A Frenchman, acting strangely whilst walking along Central Park 4, tested positive for drug use despite not possessing any narcotics when stopped by police in South Pattaya.
Acting on a tip, police rounded up Christian Vincent Issartel, 49, in Central Park 4 June 8. Officers did not find any drugs on him, but said he acted intoxicated and brought him in for a drug test.
Police said the test came back positive for methamphetamine use and he was booked on Class 1 narcotics use charges.
Frenchman Christian Vincent Issartel has been charged with drug use.
