Bangkok Hospital Pattaya and Rajadhevi Sriracha Hospital launched their annual blood drive hoping to refill blood banks left barren by New Year’s holiday carnage and the recent flooding crisis.

Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Assistant Director Dr. Seerraj Lohtitranont opened the New Blood for the World drive Jan. 25. The campaign is each year by the two hospitals to spur regular donations of blood to the Thai Red Cross year-round.

The blood drive runs through April 25. For more information, contact 1719.
