A Pakistani woman who threw a bottle at her husband for philandering with a Thai woman was arrested for assault after it hit her 6-year-old son.
Parveen Ali, 26, was released after a 500-baht fine at half-past midnight Oct. 23. Her son, Rahim, sustained a small cut.
Ali told police she had thrown the glass Red Bull energy drink bottle at her 41-year-old husband Ibrahim for engaging in a dalliance with a Thai woman. The bottle missed him, however, and struck her son.
