Arinze Anthony Ifeanyi, 44, was apprehended at a North Pattaya hotel with 20.8 g. of ya ice. He was named by 34-year-old Rosnee Pumyim, who was earlier arrested for possession of a half-gram of crystal meth, as her dealer.
