A Nakhon Pathom man was arrested after Banglamung Police discovered a loaded gun during a checkpoint stop.
Amornthep Yomchaiyapum, 32, was taken into custody March 3 after a search of his silver BMW found a Colt 11 mm handgun loaded with six rounds of ammunition under his seat.
Amornthep was arrested on weapons charges and the gun, as well as one spent casing, were confiscated as evidence.
Amornthep Yomchaiyapum (seated right) is booked for possession of a loaded weapon.
