Abbott Wisatsutakorn and nine other monks from Samae San Temple opened the facility with a blessing ceremony.

Cmdr. Kanchana Thongruang, president of Marines Wives Club, said the breast-feeding program has been offered since 2008. Until now, however, activities have been held in smaller temporary offices. Seeing the popularity of the program, Rear Adm. Sonthaya Noichaya ordered a dedicated facility built last July.
