Chanaphol Jantharaksa, 20, was found slumped over his pink Yamaha Fino May 13 about 200 meters from the Baan Bung noodle shop on Central Road where he was shot in the neck and shoulder.
Witness Rachanee Panthong, 24, gave police a description of two men on another pink motorbike she saw shoot Chanaphol and escape toward Sukhumvit Road. Police put up roadblocks but were unable to locate the suspects.
Pattaya Police Superintendent Col. Thummanoon Mankhong indicated Chanaphol was well known to police for his repeated fights and frequent all-night partying.
