Krungthai Bank got restaurateur mouths salivating by offering them “the secret to becoming rich.”

The Sept. 3 bank seminar at the Royal Cliff provided advice on tax planning, budget management, software, theft prevention and ordering to restaurant owners, advocating that the cost savings from streamlining operations can lead to big profits.

Krungthai consultant Vareemon Niyomthai started the 200 attendees with a talk on tax strategies by Suphot Samleekeaw, managing director of Two-T Audit Co. and vice president of the Tax Auditor Association of Thailand.

Vachira Bunyanat, an accounting professor from Chulalongkorn University, discussed quality management of restaurant funds, while Niphon Akraphiman, managing director of Signature Technology Co., spoke on restaurant-management software.
