A hungry python drew unwanted attention after dining on a navy serviceman’s chicken in Sattahip.
Petty Officer 1st Class Nattaporn Zupsin, 41, called Sawang Rojthummasathan Sattahip officials around 2 a.m. Dec. 10 after hearing the death cries of one of his game cocks.
Officers found the 2-meter-long snake in the henhouse, not moving after swallowing the bird whole. Officers lassoed the 7 kg. creature for it to be released again far from the chicken coop.

Nattaporn lamented the loss of his prize fighter, saying it had won many bouts. But he got over the shock in time to surround the python with buckets before it could do another foul deed.
