Police arrested a Frenchman armed with 97 bogus ATM cards and a Google map of automated teller machines in Pattaya before he could pull a single baht from any of them.

Anthony Marc Chritstophe Claude Thull, 23, was captured standing in front of a Siam Commercial Bank ATM in North Pattaya July 7 after an SCB fraud officer alerted police to counterfeit card usage.
