The Nong Khai Redemptorist Vocational School began instruction in 2009 on a boarding-school basis, with students getting accommodations and three meals a day. It also offered basic and non-formal education including management training, seminars and international services.

The first conventional school building, to be built on 20 rai of land, is being funded by Thai Pipe Industry Co. Father Ray officials in Pattaya hired U.D.P. Construction Co. to build the facility for 22.6 million baht. Work is scheduled for completion in November.

A second building is also planned, but will require 35 million baht in funding.
