Ban Chang couple arrested on drug-dealing charges

A Ban Chang couple was arrested for allegedly selling methamphetamines from their hotel room.

National Command Control for Drugs and Sattahip authorities apprehended Panjarat Panti, 25, and Chalissa Sungrung, 23, Dec. 20 at Dala Hotel. Officers confiscated 16 ya ba tablets, 0.8g of crystal methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

Investigators alleged the two are affiliated with incarcerated drug trafficker Therdthut Suwannit and rent hotel rooms around the area to sell drugs to people partying at area clubs. Chalissa worked as a waitress in a karaoke bar.

    Drug traders are enemy of society , so should be treated likewise .
