Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Deputy Director Dr. Suphakorn Winwan and Sawang Boriboon Vice-President Sinchai Wattanasartsathorn opened the training March 19, turning over the dais to experts in cardiac, orthopedic, pediatric and psychological emergency treatment. Classes are being taught at the hospital as well as Banglamung and Somdej Phrabromratchathevi Na Sriracha hospitals.
“Due to the low number of experienced medical personnel, this training was organized to increase and create personnel with skills to help victims by performing basic first-aid procedures,” explained Bangkok Hospital Pattaya director of accident and emergency medicine, Dr. Piyaporn Tippayarat. “Those receiving training already have the basics, therefore, this training is of absolute benefit in developing skills and expertise for the trainees.”
