“Initial screening for diseases, along with public health services for the disabled, are ways to help measure the accessibility of health insurance, which states that the disabled must receive 80 percent services, support and restoration in various aspects,” the mayor explained.

Services included checkups, eye exams, chest x-rays, blood and urine tests, diabetes screening and checks on liver and kidney functions.
