The driver of the Chevrolet Colorado truck that hit the van, Kritsada Muansangh, 23, and his 22-year-old passenger Wilaiporn Chomdaeng, 22, were sent to Pattaya Memorial Hospital, both reeking of alcohol. Beer bottles were scattered around the accident scene.
