Nearly 300 government officials, public-enterprise executives, political activists, business owners, civil servants and private citizens from Chonburi’s 11 districts split into five discussion groups to brainstorm ideas for reform of ten areas, including the political system, courts, public administration, graft and corruption, education, economy, information and communications, and social inequality.

Military officials said the dialogue was a channel for people from all sectors to express their views on reform and take part in the reconciliation process.
