Funny! Reminds of something similar long times ago in Greece. Hotel Restaurant with Breakfast-Card showing all items single with price. One line was named -Coffe Complete- and quite expensive and no further information. So just wondering what it could be I set up my -Man of World Experience- smile and ordered one Coffee-Complete. Well, I was accompanied with my girl and what they served was for two persons and it was the full-pack all inclusive. So we made the calculation based on prices of the single items. Even a poor breakfast would have cost more. So later at home it become a running gag in asking : Mug of coffe and a cigarette, or better a Coffee Comlete Darling?
